I'm still furious about the whole Deadpool thing, but it's nice to see that Gambit will have his eyes.

I don't know for me he was just the most memorable character in the 90's cartoon, along with Jubalee.

I hope his scenes aren't too short in the movie.

Dude, they kinda have to since he had the bone claws before the Adamantium thing came into the picture.

No they didn't. It's a TOTAL retcon. Back in issue 75 (I believe that was the issue), they came up with the awesome idea of having Magneto ripping out the Adamantium of Wolverine's body. But then they were left without the main factor that made Wolverine so damn cool. IE- his claws.

I can almost guarantee their board meeting went something like this:
"Let's have Megs rip the Adamantium out of Wolverine!"

"YES!! I like the cut of your jib Johnson and I'd like to subscribe to your newsletter!"

"Oh ****! We just took away one of the coolest things about Wolverine! What are we going to do? No one is going to care about him now!!!"

"I GOT IT!! He has BONE CLAWS!!"

Yeah, never mind that in the old Weapon X comics you could see that the scientists of Weapon X outfitting Wolverine with claws that were Adamantium.

His mutant power is and always was his healing factor.....not bone claws.
