A lot of these local hero shows don't air outside of their region, so it's tough to say for certain. The quality of these shows also leaves something to be desired, they're essentially indie productions. It is a pretty cool concept for a show though.

I'm guessing that the quality would still be decent seeing how it's going to air on TV.
It might be like pre-KR Kabuto, when they didn't use HD cameras.

Not sure. As was already pointed out, we need a RAW, and if the usual sources fail due to it being a local show, we'll have to wait for a DVD.
