New Kamen Rider PS2 fighter

4-40?!

I hope this won't be like DBZ Ultimate Battle 22, where they forced you to fight through EVERY character in the god damned game for one character.:redface2:

Rehashed?

I know you're not a fighting game fan, but please try not to insult fighting games. That would be like me saying the next JRPG "Looks like another rehashed Final Fantasy-clone". You could have just said KR PS2 fighting game.

Since you didn't understand what I was saying I will explain a little better for you. The last 5 or so KR games were fighting games. They were pretty much all the same thing. THIS GAME from what I have seen of it is just "another rehashed KR fighting game" MEANING it's just like all the other KR fighting games. Does that clear it up a liittle for you?

That's what my first impression was as well. While cool, the PS2 graphics look very dated now. Don't get me wrong, I still want to dust off my PS2 and play the game, but I won't be heartbroken if I don't get the chance.

Actually it totally does, I have played all of them. There was alot of....**** it, Faiz and Blade were practically the same game but with a different minigame for the finishers, much in the vain of DBZ Budokai titles. Hibiki tried to be atleast a little different, but it too was also too similar to the other games. Kabuto is the only stand out, with the cast off and clock up features, as well as more of an arena/wrestlin ring type fighting environment while fighting.

I just have high hopes that Namco/Bandai can take some of that Tekken and Soul Blade "know-how" to make this title stand up to Street Fighter EX 3 or KoF Maximum Impact, at the least.
