Need help with Gundam figures!

I'm looking for something that's in the 10-25$ range with great detail and good articulation. I'm torn between the HG figures and MSIA figures. Currently theres a HLJ sale on many of the HG figures yet almost none on the MSIA. Does that mean that the MSIA is better? or what exactly?

also what do you think about the 00 Region figures? I know that Exia is already out. http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN951638

HG model kits tend to use stickers, and the finished kit doesn't really need painting, BUT painting it will give more detail and better looking.

The HG Exia could use a bit of pannel lining, but other then that: the thing looks good straight out of the box. My only complaint is that a few pieces on my just don't like to stay on and I have trouble mounting the swords on the hip.


As for a non model...hmmm personally I think the MSIA looks more show-Acurate. The one you linked looks nice, but I don't like the chest area...it just seems a bit bulky
