Need Hair Dye/Body Painting Advice

So i figured that i would go to a convention in a few months dressed up as a Kamen Rider, but instead of making up so Carboard helmets/armor, i thought i would just Paint it on.

I settled on ether W or Accel, and i made some (crude and quickie) Mock Ups in PS:

So the main idea is that any Antenna/Crests would be Stuck on my face, everything else would be ether Painted on my face or dyed into my hair.

Here is where i need advice.

If anyone out there knows of any good ways/product's for body painting that can go on easy, sustain and kind of perspiration and come off easy too?

and for the Dye, what would be good to use?

No offense.. but.. the paint would just look.. bad.

Just make a helmet. It's super easy. Paper-mache it, even! At least then you don't have to worry about sweating, smudging, running facepaint, or waking up early to spend all the time to make it precise..

That and.. no one's gonna recognize you with paint. Seriously. I've seen some bad cosplay, and this can VERY easily head in the direction where you just look like a creepy guy that no one knows who you're trying to dress up as.. and so younger people just wanna stay away from because they think you're one of those people who are crazy fanatical about their own characters...

Make the helmet. It probably will also even be a lot cheaper. Because even JUST for the dye you're definitely gonna need to bleach your hair to get any colour besides a variation of a tinted brown of a black. You DON'T wanna mess with bleach on your skin.
