Need computer help, can't open firefox

[Tiger Knight]

When I click on my firefox icon, I get the message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I think it may have be due to a firewall.

Hmm...Try fixing your firewall settings dude.

EDIT: Looked it up, and a Registry problem might be the cause as well. Here's a site with possible solutions:

Hope those help. ^_^

This is really something better suited for the firefox forum. Though a firewall would be less likely to prevent the program from opening, so much as it would prevent it from access the router/internet. It sounds more like a registry issue, or possibly a system admin/parent/whoever has the main account or owns the PC, has put a block on the program, but to really troubleshoot this I would need a LOT more information.
