Mystery Incorporated is a fan-funded Pilot of Scooby-Doo. It is a more serious and dark take on the classic cartoon that transcends multiple generations. It already has better scriptwriting, acting, and production than
Riverdale. Riverdale’s success leads to dark reboots for classic children’s shows with a now-adult grown-up fanbase. Banking on Nostalgia and making it mature not always works after the failure of the PowerPuff Girls Pilot that got canceled.
Even if this is only a Pilot trying to find a TV Network but is not bad at all. It actually felt like a better version of Riverdale that focuses more on world-building and character development instead of rampant sexualization.
