Uploaded a photo a few times, even in the User CP it says it's the new one, but in my posts it's the same...
My profile picture isn't changing

You sure you have the correct one? The picture that you see in your posts is your avatar, not your "profile picture."
Looking at your profile page, your profile picture shows you (at least, I'm guessing that it's you) in a "pensive" type of pose, with your right hand on your chin. You are wearing a white/grey Kamen Rider T-shirt. Is this the one you want to see in your posts? If so, go to your UserCP and click on "Edit Avatar" under Settings & Options.
