my neighborhood needs a batman

i just heard a lot of "tires pop" outside my window. Since there's a park right next to where I live, and the park happens to connect to the worst neighborhood in town, a lot of "tires" have been popping as of late and a lot of people have been getting robbed at gunpoint while walking their dogs.

and for those of you naive people, tires popping mean gun shots
