When I sat down to make this Music Video it was a joke. I mean, come on the song sucks. But I'd been digging the Hoppers lately and the randomness of them using umbrellas for two scenes was funny. But my buddy Cho introduced me to this cover of the song which I quickly fell in love with and as editing progressed I realized - It kinda works.

So it's still a fun/cool vid but ended up as much more a serious project than intended. So please, enjoy. And anyone who didn't like the Hoppers can see me @ ACEN for a swift kick in the genitals.

Nice video. That version of the song is marginally better than the original. The only thing that was distracting in the video was the use of the red filter on 2/3rds of the screen in the middle of the video.

It was a great video, and I didn't even mind the song. But yeah...what was up with that red bar? That was the only bad thing about this video.

For some reason, when you put an electric guitar and a voice that doesnt grate my nerves to that song, I cant help but bang my head to it.

Great video, though that red filter looks a little outta place.

I will ask though, who did that cover and where can I find more of their stuff.

The band is called "All Time Low". I don't know where to get an mp3, for the vid I had to dl a copy off youtube and rip the audio from it.

As for the red tint, some of the visuals in the video were meant to mimic the original "Umbrella". Which I wouldn't blame any of you for a second if you hadn't seen it, but the middle portion was tinted orange in the same fashion. I just felt red was a more toku-styled color.

Oh lol! That's why. I was scrating my head through out half the movie. I thought there might have been a glitch during the encode or something. :laugh:

Dami-chan! That was easily one of the best music videos I've ever seen. I loved everything you did with it...even if the song was used slightly in jest, you timed the scenes and the music perfectly.

...AMAZING job!
