Seeing has how Blue posted twice and never defined ASIAN music in general, it doesn't matter if it isnt Asian :/

And I'm Korean, So I hear alot of K-Pop music, and I know that not all of it has the "sparkly star noise". It's just one of the things that defined alot of the music. The noise itself sounds like gentle sparkles almost raining like. < sounds a bit gay there..
But yeah. Eugene Wasn't too bad (ex-S.E.S. Member I believe)
and theres actually alot of good Korean bands/singers in Korea, everytime I visit, I find something new to listen to. But I'm kind of a Rock Child so it doesn't always get my interest too high.
A good R&B thing I can reccomend (korean) for anyone that's lookin, would be Brown Eyes.
They are a bit old now and the original two singers split and made two different things, I think one's solo and the other has a boy-band of R&B Singers. Some of their stuff is really nice though.
BTW They do have an Indie MP3 Rotation somewhere floating on the internet, just google Jrock Mp3 Rotation, and you'll see it. It's exclusively Indie stuff. The Less Mainstream, the more chance they will have it.
