I got Pan's Labrynth I loved it so much. Its such a beautifully told film. And on Netflix via Keith's suggestion, Stardust.

That was a great movie. I loved that in the end, you really couldnt tell 100% if it all was the girl's imagination or not. Could only she see those creatures and they were real or was it all make believe. Just love the ending.

Isnt that guy doing a new movie? The guy who did Pan's Lab. I'm trying to remember what it was, but I think he's making another movie similar to it.

No Country For Old Men-

I'm surprised there was no thread for this, maybe I just missed it. In any case, best film of 2007, by far. So moody and atmospheric, with an emphasis on realism. Truly a neo-western film noir, one of the Coen brothers' best in the genre. The complete lack of a soundtrack also helped to solidify the weightiness of the narrative and its consequences, and the ending was brilliant. One of the best films I've ever seen... everybody go see it before it exits.

Guillermo del Toro? He's doing Hellboy 2 and an adaptation of this.
