Most Despicable Villain in Kamen Rider Thread

Since my Most Despicable Villain in Super Sentai Thread did pretty well i thought i'd make one for another Tokusatsu Franchise this one being Kamen Rider.

While I've only seen Heisei series, i can't think of a "despicable" villain in the series. Mostly because I can't think of Organizations in the series other than Shocker, and that's Showa.

Hm...I can't hate Maki...I can't hate anyone from W...now anyone from Kiva or Den-O...it's really hard.

...Well...MAYBE King from Kiva because there was no "positive" side to his ambition. Like, he didn't do this and this because of something he loved or something. It was more of just following the Fangire tradition.

Again...this is hard...

i would say prolly the dopants from W, or even to take it farther back shadow moon from black rx

but maybe maki is a close second for what he became and why he became it

Pretty much every Fangire introduced in the second half of Kiva because they caused the story to go to hell

but seriously I'd guess Kai from Den-O soley because of his Character

 

[Galaxian]

-The Native Worms in Kabuto, since they betrayed humanity despite being revered as gods already.

-God from Blade because how can you go against a god who's only propose is to uphold the rules of a battle that brings about genocide for countless of species.

-Kamen Rider Decade P) because it was pretty despicable of him making me root for the guy who is cutting down one Rider after the other.

I think Bishop from Kiva is the most despicable villain in Rider to date. Pretty much all the characters in Kiva are trying to break away from some cursed destiny of there's, and Bishop wants to make sure that none of them break away from it.

No, he's not a villain; he's an anti-hero. And a dick.

Okay, I got one. That one guy from BOARD in Kamen Rider Blade; the fat old man. Turned the main chick's dad into a monster, manipulated the fight, so he can be God.

Good point. I mean he was the only person in Kiva to have been more serious about his role then anyone else and if no one is qualified to fit the traits of the Fangire rulers then he has to find someone who is.
