This is what I wanted from the start. A real tournament, clear stakes, and proper fatalities. That scoreboard idea is smart. It reminds me of the video game mechanics, which is what an adaptation should do. Cole Young is fine, but let’s be honest, Johnny Cage is the real reason people are interested now. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the realms and visuals. Mortal Kombat shouldn’t feel like a TV episode—it should feel like a war between worlds.
