I assume the three in all black are not inmates, they're pro dancers, at least the one in front of everybody probably is...even though, nice ^__^

I think you're wrong, the first three all dressed in black do not look like prisoners. They're dressed different -all the other guys have the orange pants of the jail, they do not; they're not philippines [though this do not means anything]; the description of the video at youtube says there's the choreaographer of Michael jackson there.

Whatever.

I'm talkin of the THREE GUYS DRESSED IN BLACK. Those in front of everyone dancin. Have you watched the video? Do you see there are THREE GUYS DRESSED IN BLACK? Accordin to the video description, one of these three is Michael Jackson choreographer, the other two are Jackson's dancers.
