[PSI Ground]

Perhaps.

It is commonly requested, after all.

I hope it is...the 2nd game ended on a cliff hanger after all.

It's sort of a tease, really...how they keep using the Legends version of Megaman in all these different crossover games, but they NEVER release a new LEgends game!

....and here everyone was expecting another X sequel. Well played Capcom.

What games have crossovers with Legend's Mega Man?

What games have crossovers with Legend's Mega Man?

Megaman Vollnut has shown up in two prominent crossover games in the past, Namco X Capcom and Tatsunoko VS Capcom. The reason for this is rumored to be that Inafune himself always liked the Dash/Legends series but the second game did so poorly (though that may have been more due to it coming out at the very end of the PS1's lifespan) that he's had trouble getting Capcom to agree to let him make a third one.

But perhaps this has changed now! Of course, it could also just be that Inafune was happy to know his pet series did have fans and the actual announcement will have nothing to do with MML.
