Well its really no contest, from the beginning you can tell which side the writers want you to take, sure the government Super hero Id idea might sound good on the cover but its something that will never work as we have seen so far, its just too easy to take advantage off, suddenly the government has access to a whole bunch of superheroes who each equal entire battalions of soldiers and they are going to resist the temptation of using them for their own little things in name of the greater good? Come on!
Anyway point is whoever side your own, it doesn't really matters, seems like the writers aren't even trying to level things equally, sure a few issues it looks that way but on most you don't even need to be a detective to know which side is right.
Also talking a bout politics its good, you just have to stop taking it personal and you might learn a thing or two.
