Magiranger: Your thoughts on N-Ma.

What does he look like?

I think he'll be a blending of Sauron(LotR: The Fellowship), Trigon(TeenTitans), and Darkness(Legend, the Movie).

I think it's fairly obvious -- look at the other Infelshia, think of their Universal Monsters motif and discover who's missing -- The Creature from the Black Lagoon.

Shougo Kuroiwa: True but I think we may get some new monster grunts modeled after the "Deep-Ones", the human/frog children of the Outer God Dagon in Lovecraft lore. Maybe be presented in Magiranger in forms silmar to Rankin Bass's design of Gollum in "The Hobbit" & "Return of the King" and the cloaked-Youma in the live Sailor Moon series.

In fact, the last time Toei used the Deep Ones was on a Digimon-02 episode(Call of Dagomon/His Master Voice), which went heavy with Lovecraft references.

Remembering the tentacles, I somehow have to rethink NMa and went with the most disturbing notion: What if Trigon & Cthulhu mated...Combining the aspects of a Demon and an Old One(Lovecraftian lore).

Give him Sauron's armor and you'll get N-Ma.

The "Parents".

FreedomBlack: Maybe if Magiranger came in the 70s, or Nai & Mea do some sort of lame storytelling with hand puppets.

But I do still go with my notion that N-Ma will be like something Lovecraft thought up..That or HellBoy movie artists designed for the seven gods of Chaos.

Magiranger might as well have come from the 70s...and Disney, with all if its light, lame, goofy crap. But, it would be disappointing for them to not keep up with the Universal Monsters theme!
