Lunar Eclipse 7pm WC and 10pm EC

The last one I remember was in 1993. I remember watching it while in the 5th grade.

If this happens that'll be so awesome to see again.

I heard about this in chemistry today. Lunar isn't too exciting, but I'd like to see a solar eclipse since I haven't seen one before.

What is the difference between the 2 eclipses?.

Solar is during the day & lunar is at night.

Edit:
A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partially obscuring Earth's view of the Sun. This configuration can only occur during a new moon, when the Sun and Moon are in conjunction as seen from the Earth. Total solar eclipses can be frightening events for people unaware of their astronomical nature, as the Sun suddenly disappears in the middle of the day and the sky darkens in a matter of minutes.

A lunar eclipse occurs whenever the moon passes through some portion of the Earth’s shadow. This can occur only when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are aligned exactly, or very closely so, with the Earth in the middle. Hence, the Moon is always full the night of a lunar eclipse. The type and length of an eclipse depend upon the Moon's location relative to its orbital nodes.

Info from wiki.

Ah, haven't seen a lunar eclipse in a while. But they've never been as exciting for me as the solar eclipse FK was talking about.

I plan to see a solar eclipse in 2017/8 (I forget which), but I'm gonna have to go to South Carolina to get a peak.

Awesome... it's cloudy and pouring the snow... and tonight of all nights.

:/

I was looking forward to seeing it, too.
