Soji's Real grandmother could even be from the future, in which case she has traveled into the past, as she is the daughter of Hiyori and Kagami in a world where worms didn't happen untill late, and then went back in time to the about 50 years before the tv show, fell in love, gave birth, started a research project on the masked riders, knew that her son would be the perfect warrior to protect her parents, etc etc, etc.

So, Soji's grandmother may not even be born.
