So? It's garbage and doesn't have the spirit or feel that made Kaiketsu Lion Maru and Fuun Lion Maru such cool series.

Plus it's not set in feudal times.

Lion Maru is a long 30 year old dead show. It's not meant to be a direct squeal anyway, it makes enough references and homages to the original anyway.

Plus it's where I learnt dirty Japanese words :laugh:

Kaiketsu & Fuun were definatley better but that doesn't mean G isn't part of the trilogy.

Well...it's okay. It's not as good as Kaiketsu Lion Maru or Fuun Lion Maru but it does have its own charms.

I hated it at first, but I eventually began to enjoy it for what it was.

I just watched 20th Century Boys and Junior has just appeared in. Never seen him in anything else, how random.

EDIT: And now the main villain from the show has just appeared! Even more random =\

Junior was the main Gasdrinker alien in the Deka movie :laugh:

I never said bad, I said dead. It's the same argument as when shows get remade 30 odd years after it got canceled. I remember when people complained about Battlestar Galactica was re-imagined, and that got to be one of the best TV hows of all time. Big comparison on my part though.

But it isn't dead and if it was then it was Lion Maru G that revived it.
