Let's talk about how G4 is one of the worst channels on TV right now.

Oh, I could careless. I'm just so damn glad that Directv made a wise decision to drop G4 a couple of months ago. They just couldn't reach a deal to renew the contract to keep G4.

G4 is just one of the worst channels I've ever watched for long time ago. Didn't they made fun of Power Rangers, did they? Correct me if I'm wrong.

even then they changed the format on X-play so radically that it's nothing like it's former self

What made it even worse was that Adam and Morgan said that the new format was "How they always wanted to do the show"

X-Play is now the half-hour version of what G4's entire lineup used to be.

I can understand why they'd want it to be that way. This new format is more serious, whereas the old format was more comical. I definitely miss the old format, but the new one is servicable.

G4 airs WAY too many episodes of Cops, and it's not even tech/computer/video game related.

The best thing they've got going for is the E3 and all other game conferences, but you can watch those online as well.

We only get higher-tier digital on one television set in our entire house, and since it's not my TV I don't watch G4 often ... but from what I've seen of it, it really feels like it's Spike TV trying to masquerade as a geek channel. :/ I admit that I do like AOTS ( and I'm probably one of the few people that didn't have a problem with Olivia, lol ) and Ninja Warrior / Unbeatable Banzuke, buuutt the latter shows air so sporadically that it's really pointless to try and catch them.

I can't recall if this was the exact lineup that day, but I seem to recall promos for a Valentine's Day marathon that was nothing but episodes of Cheaters and coverage from some adult entertainment convention. Says it all, really.
