You did a good job so far but maybe you should tone down on locking up the threads. I'm a mod myself and usually let a topic go for a few days to see where it's heading. If it's stray from the objective, I simply ask the members to keep in topic or delete irrelevant posts. Not much there, aye?

You have a good point there. I'll try from now on to give reminders to keep things on topic first instead of immediately locking threads.

As far as I'm concerned, I don't have any problems with you (maybe some members who gets on my nerve once in a while). So, we're good, okay?

It's ALL good bro. No need for anyone here to worry about this. I'm not pissed off at anyone, never was. But like I said I WAS surprised that no one tried to actually talk TO me about this. There's no bad blood and no animosity towards anyone on my part, despite how it may look the way I've been locking threads. Some people may be annoying at times but it doesn't mean that I won't give them a chance. As I said before, communication is the best tool to achieve the compromises that allow everyone to be satisfied.

The pictures of girls and the word "locked" are getting old though. :laugh:

No worries man! I know that I can count on you to be honest, straightforward and not pull any underhanded bullshit on anyone. If you feel something is up, you are one of the few who will actually speak up about it. You speak your mind, yet you're not an extreme ass about it.
