I have finished this little talked about show created by Shotaro Ishinomori of Kamen Rider fame (in one episode the villains actually use Rider episodes to hypnotize children). I have some questions:
1) When Rita first appears, Dr. Q says something about her being in America. Is Destar an alien group or Earth-based? Are Q, Sylvia and Rita humans?
2) What exactly is Majin Gora? Where did he come from? Why does he need children's terror to awaken, and why does Q want to help him at all?
3) In the first arc, why does Gora spit out different diamonds depending on the type of fear people are forced to have? What did Q want to do with the diamonds?
4) Why were the brothers' parents written out of the show? Where did they go?
5) Who is the alien from Star Cluster 3 that gives the brothers their powers? What's her relationship with Gora?
6) After Gora becomes the mechanical head, what's his objective? Why does Destar start doing things that aren't related to provoking fear in kids?
7) In episode 30, who are the robot skater girls and why do they try to rebel against Destar?
8) In episode 33, why does Q introduce himself to the brothers when they already met before?
9) What happens to Q, Sylvia and Rita at the end? The last we see of them, they're wandering a desert. Where did they go? Are there even in deserts in Japan? A lot of shows feature desert locales.
10) How can Cobra Missile be Gora's brother if he's just a DestarRobo like the other weekly monsters?
11) Where did the Byclosser power go after Gora was defeated?
12) Was Destar's base that ship the whole time? The inside sure doesn't look like that of a ship. I thought it was in space.
13) In episode 31, why does Q tell the girls to find husbands?
14) Why does Q want to be called "Don" as though he's in the mafia?
15) There is an episode where the brothers' closet (through which they jump to transform) is taken from their room and they have to find it. Why did it matter if the closet was destroyed or not? They could transform when outside as well.
