"Kugato"-Classic Fan-Made Henshin

Some might remember this one from back when Kabuto was still airing.

But for those who haven't seen it, this is what you get when you mix Kuuga (Amazing Mighty Form) with Kabuto.

Anyone recall who originally made this? I still think it is one of the more professional looking "fan-made henshin sequences" out there, despite being incredibly simple in special effects. For some reason it just looks "natural."
