KAGEKI
It stinks.
So if you slack, I promise you, either in a small way or a big way Karma will **** with you. The week before Finals though is when you can let your guard down.
Are you up for the chellenge? Because College can be tough.

Which College are you attending? Cause that makes a huge difference what to tell you.
Thanks everyone! And no prob netro, I'm usually an optimistic sort of guy.
Yo, i'm going to tell you this so many people said Senior year was going to be crazy easy. I don't know about you, but for me = Negative.
It wasn't hard, at all, BUT it was a LOT of work.
Funny thing is Senoritis will get you, but don't let it get you towards the end. Better yet, try not to succumb to it as much as you can. Colleges look at your whole year, not just your first quarter like everyone says.
Plus colleges can take away your acceptances if they want. I got my acceptances at the last minute. To the school I'm going to, a $17,000 scholarship.

Still have fun though...pick on the underclassman, pull pranks and ****. My class actually didn't do a Senior prank...:O_O:
No sir! I was born with the right amount of skin on my schlong, thank you very much. :coolshades:
I thought you finally had circumcision...
Take the classes you want , if you have room for them. While a good class portfolio is valued , there's not a problem to focus on your passions before college. That's why I got through all my pre-reqs so I can do what I needed to do and have time for it.Congratulations bro! I can't wait until I go to college, so much freedom! Any tips for upcoming seniors? I want to make my senior year a year to remember.
No no no...not a sex thread. I used my V-Card a looong time ago.
I graduated high school.![]()
3 weeks ago to be exact..
So to all the older people around here, how is/was college for you? Personally I can't wait to go to parties, and do do and do many females.
More importantly, I hoping find my future mate during college, and I really really really want to learn and just soak up everything like a sponge. I'm seeing myself having to transfer unfortunately because my school isn't exactly the best for Art. But at the same time, they have a study abroad program which will give me the opportunity to go too Japan.
I'm assuming I'd be studying art over there as well, which would be great. Plus I'd like to further my performing Arts talent and probably take classes for that too.
So I'm actually somewhat confused now.
But yea, I don't want my scholarship to go to waste either.
I had the luxury to let Senioritis somewhat take its course since you see, I had FOUR art classes my last semester (Two actually for art , but the others were study hall and music appreciation) , a religion class which final was artistic, with only my Algebra 2 and World Lit as a challenge. And with the help I got with the remaining two, I was set. I still had to study for my math one since that was a mindfuck in of itself.
Instead of the traditional academic classes I had to contend with , I had a AP Art portfolio for college, putting as much time as possible into it .And I don't regret a second.
And I believe that if there's no grounds to remove them , you can pretty much take their asses to court for discrimination. especially with how they only look at the GPA and your race , it doesn't matter if your school was helluva harder than a trashy public school . It's why the education system is tanking; all of the retarded zombies who do not have any sort of competency ( and test scores have never really been a factor ,look at Einstein) and just barf the same **** their teachers **** out from their mouths.
Education needs to rid of the standardized testing, the grading system and the one-upping that has made the system more of a battlefield than a place of fulfillment and discovery. Failure needs to be seen as the beginning of success than as a dead point in hell. If anything, the system needs to crack down on sports and give the ultimatum for the "students" to either gain some understanding and brains or go onto the farm and or battlefields to cultivate and fight our wars.
While sports are prime for fitness, there's a reason why the Ancient Athenian did not resort to a full blown boot camp ala Sparta . They realized that like all things, there is need for balance . They got it right since by exercising both mind and body ,their citizens would be more equipped in a democratic society. With that said , America's system needs to be overhauled in a modernized Ancient Athenian system of learning if we are going to keep on being a democratic republic.
Awesome job. And you're going for art ? Which one? Film and TV ? Or is it illustration? I want to transfer to Japan badly .
I know what you are going through, except I was accepted t one of the nation's leading art colleges (CCS of Detroit) in my backyard and i cannot afford full-time. If I cannot negotiate part time enrollment , and if my alternative falls through , I'm going to be stuck at a community college. Though that isn't a bad thing , I want to get into more in-depth practicing and advancement.
Crimson Cafe is who you're referring too. And man, I was totally thinking this would be your v-card loss thread. I was really looking forward to some Lonely Island at the top of the post. But congrats man! Make sure you actively do stuff while out of high school. I hate having time at home. :disappoin
