King Kong VS Godzilla Movie

Ok, I was wondering if ANYONE has seen this movie. I recently saw the dvd at my work and I looked at the pic. I had no idea this movie has been existed. And also, I found out it was made in late 60s. I thought it'll be very interesting what's happening in the movie but first I want to know what's your opinion on this movie. So how was it? Was it good? Was it terrible?

I have an old VHS tape my grandfather gave to me before his passing. Unfortunately, I have no idea where it went off to. It wasn't that bad, to my memory.

I didn't really like it, but I can't stand King Kong.

And contrary to popular belief, the Japanese version doesn't have an alternate victor at the end. Just so you'll know.

I've seen both versions. The movie was made in 1962, BTW. It's also the first color/widescreen film for both Godzilla and Kong. Either way, it's a true tokusatsu classic! Great direction by Ishirou Honda, FX by Eiji Tsuburaya, music by Akira Ifukube, and plenty of humor (this is one of the more lighthearted Godzilla films)! It's also the highest-grossing Godzilla film to this very day.

And yes, there weren't two different endings, although the US version was heavily changed anyway. It was the last Godzilla film (until Godzilla 1985) to be partly (and heavily) Americanized.
