There are practical reasons to not bring Koyomi back, like her actress. Considering how she could barely afford to appear in the tv show outside of the Remnants set, it sounds like bringing her to later movies would be rather troublesome too. She's not exactly a popular characters either, so they wouldn't miss much by keeping her dead.

I would think she'd be contractually obliged to appear. Don't the main cast sign on for Movie Wars, etc. at the same time as they do for the show? If Okunaka agreed to do the movie a year ago, she would have had to clear some time in her diary to film it. Koyomi need not be a main character nor brought back to life - they could always have her appear in spirit to Haruto akin to the Hope Ring scene or something.

I was thinking mostly about the primary audience, boys. I don't think there's anything that indicates that she's especially popular among them, which was what saved Ankh. And, considering her schedule, going out of their way to give her a big role in the movie seems like it'd be more trouble than it's worth.

I thought Ankh's popularity was the reason why they shelved initial plans for him to be the last villain standing and kill off Maki at the end of the second arc? He probably would have still been contracted to reappear for Movie Wars. Koyomi need not have a big role in the movie but I'd be surprised if her contract didn't state she has to appear

Something tells me having O's use Super TaToBa during the final fight will lead to some arguing:170:

Not really, it's the undisputed final form, because it's a direct upgrade from the base form.

Yeah, but i'm sure a lot of people still count TaJaDol or PuToTyra

Honestly I expect it's inclusion to cause more people to complain they didn't use Super Climax or Fusion States

I don't think Fusion States can be counted as a final form, sure you can use the Barizun Sword but it's a fusion of two Riders instead of a direct upgrade, otherwise you can other Fourze to use Meteor Nadeshiko Fusion States, in which case it's completely nonsensical and unpractical.

Personally I'll stick with Cosmic States for Fourze, and CJX for W, because CJGX is conditionally and is the same as CJX except that it can fly. Super TaToBa is fine. They should just scrap Ondera and keep Ultimate. Den-O is an awkward situation, in a way I see it as 2 different types of evolution for Den-O, the Ryotaro route and the imagine route. I guess they used Liner here because the Super Climax suit is a bit too bulky (presumably it would be easier for the suit actor since the guy in Den-O won't be some major regular suit actor anyway)
