I never did trust energy drinks. They just seem like a big gimmick to me.
You've got to love the product endorsement here, though. It's the perfect marketing scheme, considering that kids will always try to imitate the stars of their favorite superhero shows, video games, and whatever else kids are into these days.
Seriously, if you were to make a Mountain Dew commercial here in the US, and have the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or the Transformers or whatever in it, then the company would sell millions. Kids will buy pretty much anything that relates to their favorite shows.
It does look cool though. I'd try some if I ever got the chance, but I have doubts about its taste.
