I realise that but who's to say that Rider vs. Rider isn't part of the New Gen Kamen Rider era?. It's happend from Agito all the way Kiva anyway.

I'm not saying it's the overall point which is clearly Rider vs. Monster but it is a good portion these days.

Either way I get a kick out of it.

Then I suggest you raise your standards a bit. Just because, as you say, there have been in the real world "pointless" wars and conflicts (such as WWI), that's not a justification for throwing in Rider vs. Rider just for the hell of it. There has to be a reason for it.

Did you miss Kabuto? Much of the Tendou/Daisuke and Tendou/Tsurugi fights could be summed up with that phrase.
