Apparently when both Fourze and Smile were having school trips around the same time, there was a fanart crossover on Pixv. I was quite disappointed when I couldn't find any of this at all.

If Precure is Sentai for girls, I wonder what would be Kamen Rider and Metal Heroes for girls?

(BTW, just because Precure exists and is awesome, doesn't mean Sentai is off the hook from getting a woman Red lead. Ditto for Riders.)

When Goseiger began, Heartcatch PreCure had just started the week before, and both ran an episode (IIRC in the same week) where the main character lost their henshin device. I saw some crossovers for that on Pixiv

Some of the Fushigi Comedy series were based around robots IIRC (I've never seen one) and it's been defunct since the 1990s, same as Metal Heroes. Maybe it's the closest to Metal Heroes?

They had to hold hands to transform and use attacks, otherwise they were screwed. The fighting can be independent, though.

I ran across the Yes crew first and enjoyed the character development. I've been a fan ever since.

• The first two incarnations tend to be associated with Black/Black RX a lot, not just because both have a protagonist titled "Black", but also because of the aforementioned Yoko Honna cameos in both Black and Black RX. But it goes beyond that. Recently, Yoko Honna voiced Gwen Stacy in the Japanese dub of The Amazing Spider-Man, and we all know that it was Spider-Man who put the Super in Super Sentai.
• Additionally, Honoka/Cure White is voiced by Yukana, who later portrayed Mezool from OOO. Similarly, Rie Tanaka, who voiced "Bangai Heroine" Hikari/Shiny Luminous in MaX Heart, went on to portray the Virgo Zodiarts from Fourze.

• Additionally, Akira Ishida voiced both Tatsulot from Kiva and Yuri/Moonlight's fairy partner Cologne, and Kaoruko's maiden last name was Godai, same as the original Yuusuke/Kuuga.

• Additionally, Dan Tomoyuki, who previously portrayed Isaka/Weather Dopant from Double, goes on to voice a completely different character in this incarnation: Hibiki/Cure Melody's kindly father, coincidentally named Dan; also, Ako/Cure Muse shares her first name with Ako/Blue Swallow from Jetman.
• Finally, in episode 37, Hibiki dressed as a pirate for Halloween, leading to many comparisions to Captain Marvelous from Gokaiger.

• This incarnation stands out by actually implying that one of the Cures, Yayoi/Cure Peace, is a Toku fangirl. The implications are just strengthened in episode 5, when she claims that the Cures are "just passing-through superheroines", worded identically to Tsukasa/Kamen Rider Decade's catchphrase. The line became so popular it spawned a homonymous Pixiv tag.
• Another famous Toku line quoted in this incarnation was the Gorangers' post-transformation team announcement ("Gonin sorotte, Goranger!", properly reworded as "Gonin sorotte, Go-Pretty Cure!"). This happened in episode 6, when the girls were trying to think of their own post-transformation team announcement.
• Additionally, there's the aforementioned week in which the casts of both Fourze and Smile went on a class trip to Kyoto.

It's also worth pointing out that there's some fairly significant staff crossover between Sentai/Rider and PreCure. Magiranger's head writer, Atsushi Maekawa, is also the head writer of Fresh Pretty Cure.

Smile's head writer, Shouji Yonemura, writes a lot of Toei's Rider movies and was the head writer of Decade and Kabuto. In addition to his work on Smile, Yonemura has also written fill-in episodes of many other PreCure shows. I believe he uses a separate pen name for some of his shoujo work, but it's an open secret that it's him.

There's probably other staff crossover between Pretty Cure and tokusatsu, as Toei's henshin hero stuff uses the same monster-of-the-week format that Pretty Cure does. Ability to write one tends to translate seamlessly over to the other, especially if the writer can quickly shift between shounen and shoujo tropes.
