If no one saw the end of the episode when it features the medals OOO's has now, not only he gained 3 or Gamels core medals but also got a Kuwagata(stag beetle) medal once more; this may explained why we saw the green combo in one of the movie trailers.

And yet still no reason why he wont try the Eel Medal. If you were OOO wouldn't you try it just to see what it looks like? How is he ok with no knowing?!
