I actually disliked the idiocy and insanity in Den-O in contrast!

Nah, I'm kidding. But I don't think I'll be continuing this.

Unless Cake Dude has a different emotion each episode.

Yeah, I don't wanna force a person into continuing this show. There's still a bunch of writing mishaps I can see.

I'm glad they're finally doing neat interesting things with the CG though with those squid candroids.

Is OOO really that "wacky"? I haven't seen anything close to Den-O level yet. Yeah there's the underwear thing but how funny was that really? And the cake guy isn't funny he's creepy. The only other scene I can think of with "humor" in it was when the girl lifted up the vending machine.

It's definitely odd, but I'll keep going with it. It's sort of my kind of silly humor. Plus, you never know when it'll get "better."

I'm the same as you, Blade Dancer. However with this 2nd episode, now I'm starting to sense that "Den-O vibe" that everyone was talking about. Not the "funny" Den-O vibe, but the "let's pimp out our toys and have some sloppy storyline execution" Den-O vibe.

Hell, even mattcomics can sense it too................even though matt never "precisely said it," no offense if I'm putting words in your mouth man...........you have every right to correct me and justify yourself if I'm wrong.

But it's starting to feel like Den-O (minus the Taros), and that is kinda something I feared the moment I heard Kobayashi was gonna be the head writer for this new Rider series. And it's slowly gradually becoming true.

I will be optimistic and hope the next few episodes show me something better, but the Den-O vibe is starting to build for this series now........and I'm worried :disappoin

The CGI was overkill. It's focusing more on the CGI than on plot so far. It better change or it will be another fail in the Heisei era.

It....was an okay episode to me cause they explained stuff. But, such a darn shame that the president is like that, I liked the actor :disappoin

But yar, I'm liking Ankh alot more.

The creepiness is why he's funny. I'm okay with the CGI, because I know now that the two episodes are done and dealt with, the following ones will probably not be as CG heavy. Of course, that also these were the "flashy" episodes and that's pretty bad because it doesn't really interest me in story at all.

OOO is already in it's 2nd episode, and some of you guys just want to throw it into the ocean. Two episodes isn't enough to fully explain everything.

I've been sensing it since the suit-pics first hit, but I was trying to be more optimistic. So no you're not putting words in my mouth. Hell, I even referred to it as DenOOO's in another post.

Man, I don't even know that we can blame her. This show feels like Kobayashi is taking dictation from a Bandai board meeting.
