Peafowl and Condor is mixed together where the Tiger part is supposed to be.
So, the chest and arms are a mix of Peafowls, Condors and Tigers.

So far, it doesn't fit anywhere.

It must take place after:

-> Eiji/Ankh gets the full red form.
-> Date isn't Birth anymore.
-> Mezool and Gamel return to life.

If those conditions aren't fulfilled at the same time later on, then it won't be in continuity with the show.

Not solidly. Likely after episode 20, when they get all 3 red Cores, since Ankh got the medal case recently.

Interesting, but doesn't Eiji first use TaJaDol in the movie? The way it was described when he transformed into it in the movie was like it was a large glow or something, giving me an impression that it was used for the first time. So I thought that when Eiji will use it in the series, he would already have used it in the movie.

The transformation is flashy because it's its debut to the real world. However, according to every report, Ankh just already had the 2 other red medals since the beginning of the movie. Eiji is meant to have gotten them in the tv show. So, it's probably not its debut in the story itself.

TaJaDol debuts in episode 20 according to Uchuusen. It's unlikely that ShaUTa debuts during episode 19.

ShaUTa seems to be 23-24ish due to fighting what looks to be the StingRayRhino Yummy around there. [Was it confirmed as that?]
