That's for the toy part. They toy isn't always the way it works in the show. The toy doesn't fire like Birth does.

It's still usually a good indication of what the actual thing is like, since the toys are made to replicate the basic functions of the in-show weapon, and I think that if the in-show Birth Buster were to actually fire medals, the toy would do the same, but it doesn't

I still don't get why the BirthBuster is made to fire Cell Medals, energy-wise or solid, at Greeed and Yummy anyway...it'd be like trying to kill the ocean by throwing bucketfulls of water at it :sly:

The most I could say is that it's intended to be a way to use the Yummys'(the designated monster) power against them, as is a common theme in Kamen Rider

The point is that it isn't like that. The Cell Medals are bullets when fired. They aren't just Cell Medals anymore.

I think that the Cell Medals will be like rechargable, firable batteries. The Buster will shoot out a flaming energy-surrounded coin, which can still be used after it recharges.
