I can see the theory, or perhaps an old version of OOO, considering the belts they all wear only seem to have one circle.

Maybe an upgrade OOO gets will be the 3 medals turned into one, eg. RahToraTah and GataKiriBa, which is the same that happened to the current Greeds, hence the one circle belt.

I'm hoping for Gotou to not be the second Rider because that would be incredibly dull and predictable (which probably means he IS going to be the Rider, this is Kobayashi after all.) We did have a rumour at one point that the second Rider would be a new character but then that doesn't really mean a lot at this stage

What if, the same way yummies are made from human desire, the Greeeds originated from the desires of previous OOOs? The medals could have become corrupted and taken the form of the Greeeds..

I doubt it, since we still don't know much about Goto yet. Making him into a Rider might further develop him. Besides it won't be the first time an established character becomes a Rider.

Right now the only thing we know about Goto is that he doesn't like Ankh and wouldn't hesitate to shoot him, even if he's in Shingo's body. However he has no issues with Eiji and has been very profossional with him.

I think the second rider will actually be Shingo because more than likely by the point a new rider could be organically placed in a story, Ankh will probably gain enough Core Medals to reform himself a bit more.

The eyes are connected. Mezuru has three eyes though, if you count the two on the killer whale.

What about the cat one? I think he has two.
