If you ask me i think the second rider will be a tech rider from the Kougami foundation. (did i spell that right?) I mean they already have a lot of cell medal derived tech so why not a medal driver too? THey've probably been working on it for a long time but was missing a lot off key data which they now have access to by watching OOOs in action.

That's my best guess, it'll just be like IXA in Kamen Rider Kiva.

I think that once the Rider turns back to his human form, he would burn up the cell medals. Just like Zeronos did with his cards

The Ridevendor guy is a VERY likely candidate. He has a jerk-ish aura about him


I've been saying this too often but it's sadly true. The last time I've seen a friendly 2nd Rider was Ibuki (or was it Zanki) . Now it's almost a requirement for a 2nd Rider to be a total jerkass. Everytime a new Rider series comes up I always dread that the 2nd Rider's personality will be such that it ruins the series for me. I practically skipped half of Kiva when IXA (pre-Rising Form IXA) made his appearance.

You know you want to see Momo possess Shotaro, Urataros possess Philip and transform into Double, while Kintaros possesses Terui and Ryutaros goes into the past and possess Sokichi. Sieg will also possess Tsukasa who will Kamen Ride into Double. Oh and Diend will bring in the AU Shotaro and Philip and they will be possessed by Deneb and Teddy and also become Double.
