He might have many potential forms, but, up to episode 9, OOO only used 7 forms, although he has been using more new medal combinations lately

Tatoba -> debuted in episode 1

Taka Kamakiri Bata -> debuted in episode 1

Taka Tora Cheetah -> debuted in episode 4

GataKiriBa -> debuted in episode 6

Lion Tora Bata -> debuted in episode 7

Lion Kamakiri Bata -> debuted in episode 8

LaToraTa -> debuted in episode 8 (flashback) or 9 (present)

I think they will cos they won't release SaGoZo yet so i guess at least give OOO some Kuwagata stuff then use the combo to get Gamel's medals.

Looking at the fact that there has been no sign of any promotional pics showing OOO using the Aqua Medals, I'm betting that Gamel is going to trade his own Core Medals for Mezuul's.
