Most likely Eiji will overcomes his Greeed, but it would have been better if Ankh regain control of his body and take down Eiji.

Maybe Eiji's right hand mutates like Maki's left one? And they stay like that until one of them gives up the medals and make the other complete?

And the series ends with Eiji being split off from his right arm and sealing himself to save the world. Then 800 years later, the Greeed are awoken once again and arm Eiji is released and forced to find a new OOO. In essence, following in Ankh's footsteps.

That'd be so freakin' trippy.

I would think that 800 years later, the Kogami foundation would have already created a mass production Birth-like-unit, made to battle the Greeed if they were ever reawakened
