Yes if you put all three black Cores they summon Kamen Rider Core. But who gets damaged by Core is still random, I've seen a vid on Youtube, where a guy uses the medals, and then gets owned himself because Core cancels his best attack powers.

It looks like the Kangaroo Medal is interchangeable; it can either be the arms or legs. Though Eiji would have a hard time changing medals or using the scanner with those boxing gloves.
