Yeah, it's the exact same as the one on 2ch. It also says that the white silhouette is the Ranger Key, but there were no white silhouettes in the toy catalog. There's a blue square with a white question mark, but it's not a silhouette.

The Edo people seemed to be arguing, some crusaders were standing there and there was a white car.
Hina and Eiji somehow got involved in the uproar.
The crusader's color were kind of like Dragonball's, 7-8 crusaders had a sword fight with OOO.
Nue Yummy jumped down from a roof.
They had to film BuraKaWani's transformation scene multiple times, when they finally got the scene right, people started clapping.
OOO does use the Ride Vendor.
The Edo and the modern looking people were standing together. The clown girl shows up and Eiji steps forward from the crowd.
The clown girl is talking to Hina, after talking Hina seemed really shocked.
On 2ch, some guy said the O Medal Set SP would have the BuraKaWani Medals and an OOO Ranger Key.
The 6 Gokaiger's turn into OOO's combos and then OOO himself would show up in BuraKaWani.

That's 99% fake. All the toys should be listed in here:

I don't see anything about RHS 09 +10, which is basically TaToBa Ringu and Birth Reborn. So someone probably made that up.
