I just thought of something. Maybe, the reason she has strength, is because there is secretly a torso cell medal inside her. Rumors say that Giru will resurrect, maybe he's been inside her the whole time and has been gaining strength and info on Ankh and Eiji. If not, maybe it's just a torso medal from Gamel or Giru.
