Ryoga prefers to use to use Complete Status in shorts burst and finishers, retaining the form for long periods only when he has too.

Bio: Ryoga was the the son of a globally renown scientist, Prof. Shouhei, who pioneered in both research of robotics and human augmentation and was in permanent retainer from the government as chief tech researcher. Growing up near labs and cutting edge technology, it was not a surprise that Ryo was soon considered a prodigy at a young age. Because of all the time he spent in proximity to his father's research had expanded his own knowledge, Ryo was able to breeze through his school work with such an ease that he was advanced several years forward until he ended up on Raina's class. From the first moment that Ryoga entered that classroom, his innately curious mind was drawn towards the lavender-haired girl as the young man found her somewhat different from others, but could never quire figure out what it was. It was during this time that Ryo's life reached its peak of normalcy.
Toward the end of Junior High, while on their way to visit Prof. Shouhei at his lab, both Ryo and his mother were caught on a terrible car accident. Their car was completely totaled, his mother died on impact, and Ryoga was left unable to walk and with no chance of therapy since his spine was severely injured and any extra strain on it would just damage it further. Prof. Shouhei blamed himself for the accident since it was his refusal to leave his lab that place his family on the car that day. The professor immediately terminated his contract with the government and focused all of his time, efforts, and money into finding a way to make his son walk again. Soon after the accident, Ryoga dropped out of school, deciding to stay by his father's side, constantly reminding him to take better care of himself when he got too caught up on his work. After years of research, Prof. Shouhei had a breakthrough and created a special implant for his son's spine that allowed him to walk again.
Unfortunately, word of Prof. Shouhei's researched reached Aesir's ears, who approached the professor and ordered him to build him and army he could use for his plans. Being under threat of death, Shouhei had no choice but to comply. Aesir even gave him the small, but powerful Exceed Relic, and instructed him to use it as the battery for the army he was to create. For the next year, the professor worked on his "assignment", but then, when he was close to completion of Aesir's android army, Shouhei's guilt became too much to beat and the professor rigged his lab to explode, hoping that all the research he had done for Aesir would disappear before it could be use to harm others, including what was inside his own mind. Ryoga was left in shock after he was told that his father died in a suppose lab accident. Knowing that his father would had never been so careless with his work as to cause and accident, the young man searched the wreckage until he found a reinforced steelcase that manged to survive. Taking the case home and opening it, the redhead found a strange belt and a USB drive inside it. Checking the information inside the drive, Ryoga found out everything that his father had been forced to do, and that before designing the androids, his father had try some to make some sort of belt that created an armor that enhanced the user's abilities, but the incompatibility with the human physiology of something called the "Exceed Relic" prevented the belt from working. Looking over the EX Driver's schematics, Ryo realized that his father based on the implants he had made for his spine and decided to try the it out. To the young man's surprise, his implants were able to negate the Relic's rejection, allowing him to become Kamen Rider Exceed.
Ryoga started to research Aesir and his faction, soon discovering that they had been able to salvage some of his father's android researched and were now working on manufacturing their robot army. Since then, Ryoga, as Kamen Rider Exceed, has been hunting this facilities down and destroying them before their task is completed.

This is not part of the bio, but this is what the androids created by the professor would look like (we could use them as drones/foot-soldiers for the heroes to fight through)
