History:
Damon grew up with his over protective parents living in the heart of the city. However, because of his parents' jobs they weren't around at all during his childhood. Due to this, Damon makes no effort whatsoever to socialize with his peers, preferring solitude.
On his sixteenth birthday he got his driver’s license as well as a large amount of money from his parents to buy a car of his choice. However, when he got to a used car shop, he was drawn to a broken-down motorcycle he found. Buying it from the owner for a relatively cheap price he began his first long time project: fixing it up back into working condition. It consumed the rest of the budget but he was happy and before long, it was a good as new although it did not run no matter how hard Damon tried.
A couple of months after he graduated from high-school, Damon was walking down the street when he heard a loud scream. Running towards the source of the scream he watched as a group of Shadow Golems consumed the soul of an unfortunate pedestrian, his body reduced to dust leaving only the dusty remains of a red Santa costume. The Golems noticed him as well and charged towards him, intent on devouring his soul. Frozen by fear, Damon could only watch as death approached him. Suddenly, a large rumble sounded out as thousands of missiles flew through the air and impacted against the Shadow Golem, destroying it. It was then that Damon saw his savior, the motorcycle that he brought back from the grave. A low voice spoke up from the motorcycle.
‘Do you want the power to fight?’ it asked. ‘I can help you but, be warned, the moment you accept you will no longer be human. Do you still wish to fight?’
Damon, deciding it was either that or dying then and there accepted. A briefcase ejected from cockpit of the Side Basshar, containing the Kaixa gear. Damon opened it and used the contents to become Kaixa for the first time.
Damon believes in independence, and will take any attempt to help as an insult. He's fine when he knows he is severely outnumbered, and only one other person helps him. Any more and he usually threatens everybody away. He is usually very quiet and never says anything unless asked a question. He chooses not to ally with anybody but is willing to work with the Kamen Rider Knights briefly. He has a kind side nobody sees and is usually cold towards majority of the people he meets. This manifests in his almost impulsive desire to help anybody in trouble.
Notes: The Break Saber is a sword like device that contains Kaixa’s Break Mission Memory. When it is inserted into the phone, Kaixa accesses Break Form. This upgrades Kaixa with enhanced speed in general but reveals the core, the weak spot of the entire suit. If Kaixa stays in Break Form for more than 1 minute, the suit shuts down from overload and he is forced out of the suit painfully. Also it can be used when not transformed if the belt is not available.
