He isn’t yet seen as a threat but he may be known to conspire renegade worms that may be working for Neo Zect.

History: The real Mari Aoi was killed in an explosion some years ago. The one you see now is merely a Worm who has taken the form of the young girl. over the years, the young Worm has wandered the land, it's memory of the life Mari had mixed with that of her Worm duty. Infact, this same Worm is the one who started the fire that had taken her life. Now, flashes of a young man from her past haunts her memories. That man is Joichi Aoi. Now, she searches for that young man in hopes of killing him. Maybe then she won't be held back by human emotions.

The Worm infesting this form is cold and calculating, harboring little emotion to human or Worm kind. She does not kill out of joy, only if it is necessary. But, if she requires to do so, she'll destroy an entire town and not lose a wink of sleep the next night.

History: One of the few people Hikari opened up to was Kisho Arakawa. He was a less than average student at Shimokawa-ryu High School, and Hikari took it upon herself to help tutor him. She couldn't stand his carefree attitude at first, but Hikari grew to like him and his company. Tragedy struck, however, when he died in a car accident. Even though he's been gone for three years, his death still haunts Hikari and the repercussions are shown in her behavior.
