Elec State is a good second form, what about that Heat State? And what other state's he's got?

- Aqua State
- Wood State

and would his final form be some power from the planets of the solar system?

If Kengo becomes the 2nd rider after a villain wields its power, he and Gentaro might form a rivalry or..., who knows, maybe a 3rd rider can show up with powers from the galaxies.
