Kamen Rider Fathers

With Fathers day close at hand, I wanted to make this post. Which Kamen Riders do you think would make the Best and Worst dads?
Only three rules for this:
1) Only Riders who appear in the series run can be included, so Movie exclusive riders like New Den-O & Eternal and those from Specials like Verde don't count.
2) Only pick Riders who appear in more then 10 episodes of their series. So Gai and Scissors would not be included as they weren't around for long.
3) No choosing Masato Kusaka as Worst Father, that is way to obvious.
With that said, lets see who you all consider the potentially best and worst Kamen Rider dads.

Extending the "Kusaka rule" to no evil Riders full stop (ie Ouja) and not including any who are already fathers in canon:

Best dads:

Takeru Tenkuuji/Ghost - Very loving, gentle guy who would teach his child the right lessons

Zack/Knuckle - Had to grow up a lot in the course of his show, survived many horrors, but came out of it a better person. He would be a good role model for a child.

Gentaro Kisaragi/Fourze - From how he acts with his students in Megamax, I think he has qualities of a good dad ... albeit an embarrassing one.

Sakuya Tachibana/Garren - He's a good person who would try to give his child stability in life

Arata Kagami/Gatack - Compared with Tendou, putting up with a baby all day would be a piece of cake

Worst dads:

Keisuke Nago/IXA - Awful person who should never be allowed to reproduce

Yuusuke Godai/Kuuga and Eiji Hino/OOO - Same problem: they run away and leave behind the people who love them. There is a very high chance that they will abandon their children.

Daiki Kaito/DiEnd - Where do I start?

Mitsuzane Kureshima/Ryugen - Unstable, self-destructive, "baggage"

Those are some good picks: But I mean't pick one Rider for best and worst dad.
For anyone else who replies in the future, please pick one for each part.

There are plenty of Riders who would make a terrible father. I would need more free time than I can afford to narrow it down.

But for best father, I have a weak spot for Narumi Sokichi/Kamen Rider Skull. This guy was not only an awesome Rider who was taken from us way too early, but he all ready is a father! His actions in Movie War Core really shook me to the bone. Before, the series and the movies just told us he was awesome without going into deeper detail about it, but I could easily see why someone like Shotaro would look up to him after that.

He'd have to grow into the role, to be sure...

Keisuke Nago/IXA - Awful person who should never be allowed to reproduce

That would be after his character gets botched up, starting with the "button obsession". Before then he was fairly level-headed if a bit stiff.

You think Godai Yuusuke would abandon anyone, much less children? Seriously? That kind of goes against the grain of the entire show. He went ballistic over Grongi murdering high school boys.

I think he'd make sure his kids were taken care of, and he wouldn't just disappear from their lives forever; but he'd be an intermittent presence. He's that sort of person. Failing that, maybe he just wouldn't have kids. I can't see him ever settling anywhere ...

That's a little different from what your were implying. Maybe he wouldn't have children at all, but he wouldn't be so callous toward those he had by leaving his family. Maybe if he wed it to his interests and traveled a lot for his job...
