Five years ago commenced a siginificant change in the world. Warriors known as Kamen Riders, ended up destroying the rest of the Kaijin in the world, ending the threat of evil for good. However, due to their enemies defeat, some of the Riders became power hungry, and wanted to fight the other Riders for fun, and this started the Rider War. The Riders seperated into two warring factions, one favoring not to fight, and the other wanting to fight for the lust of battle. This war lasted for two years, with several countries being caught in the crossfire of these powerful fighter's pointless war. Fearing for the entire world's safety, every major leader of each nation banded together, and created a central government called the Exodus World Order. Under this new government, the Riders were given one of three options, either join the EWO as their own personal soilders in case the need would ever arise, stop transforming for good, and be erased from the books as Riders, or face ultimate destruction by the EWO Riders. The Riders, fearing destruction by the united force of the world that they once fought to protect, decided to comply to the first two options.
It has been three years since that incident occured, some Riders ended up joining the EWO, while others began new lives in different parts of the world. However, this was the calm before the storm, as something is now happening to the precious world that the Riders fought so hard to keep safe. Who will come out and fight once again? Will friendships remain? Or will friendships shatter because of the choice three years ago?

Rules:
1. No Godmodding. This is the worst thing that you could possibly do, so don't do it.
2. Keep Cursing to a bare minimum. I understand the situation that were in, but hey, no one has to be a drunk sailor.
3. Romance is fine, hell, it's a part of growing up. Just don't get too freaky. A kiss is fine, just no sex.
4. No killing anyone off unless the other person agrees to it.
5. If you're going to be away for a long period of time, please let me know. And if you're tied into some big storyline, have someone you trust take over your character please.
6. Write at least one good paragraph a post. I understand writer's block, but at least come up with something. Talk about your character's feelings, their past, surroundings, anything really.
7. Don't advance the plot. There will be points when I'll let other people create scenarios, but for now, it's all under me.
8. Most importantly, have fun. When everyone is having fun, the rp is going to be great.

Personality: The natural good guy, Virgil goes out of his way to help people. He tends to put the needs of others before him, even self-sacrificing his own happiness to make others happy. He is the funny type, who loves to be surrounded by people he knows, but gets largely uncomfortable around large groups of people that he doesn't know.

Occupation: Police Detective
Other Various Talents: Virgil is a practitioner of various martial arts including Jeet Kune do, Muay Thai, and Capoeira. Although he has created a style of his own that utilizes certain parts of his various forms of martial arts, he has not named it yet. Virgil is also a technical savant, able to hack expertly, and build many various technical gadgets with ease.
Misc. Things: Whenever Virgil gets ready to fight, or just whenever it happens, he will roll his fingers on his right hand into a fist, and then crack his wrist.
