Shirō Kanzaki calls for Shinji, once Fangire attack him in the Mirror World. He restores his memory and returns the Ryuki system to him.

Blade
Kenzaki is living alone in the middle of the sahara desert. Grongi attack him. Being a joker, he could sense an instability in the world. Kuuga appears in his world also. After a fight between King Form and Ultimate Kuuga, Wataru comes to explain to them the situation.

Kabuto.
Tendou and Yagaruma fight classic Shocker Villains and DaiShocker Henchmen in Paris. Why? Because it'd be awesome. Eventually Wataru comes to pick him up.

Den-O.
Owner explains to them about the multiverse, while playing with his spoons. Den-O travels through via. DenLiner and has his adventure with Kiva in Climax Deka. He then travels back to his own world for his other films. The business in DECADE has affected him being a singularity point, and has made him young.

Kiva.
After the fight with NeoFangire, Apollo Geist appears to cordially invite Taiga, Wataru and the fangire of this world to join DaiShocker. They refuse, and make short work of him. (He runs away.)

After a meeting inside of CastleDoran with the arms monsters, Wataru gains power over the multiverse in a similar manner to Decade/Diend. Wataru instructs Taiga and Nago to watch over their world as Dark Kiva and Rising Ixa until he returns.

He is going to gather the riders, and instruct Decade on how to save the worlds.

Due to Diend's use of "BLAST" at point-blank range, 1/4 of Tsukasa's head was blown off. The suit explodes and causes his carcass to burn from within. DiEnd steals all the cards from the RideBooker and declares to all the riders that he has defeated Decade. The Ou Riders decide to give him a Token of appreciation for his efforts by providing him with all the Showa Cards along with the "Forbidden Cards", cards which shouldn't be used by anyone but Kaito.

Then on, the citizens of the "Rider War" world cheered for Kaito's efforts, they created a new civilization called "Rider Paradise". There, Diend rests inside his golden palace where he is then entertained by his 11-woman harem (consists mostly of all OU Heisei rider girls). Kaito walks around with a lot of bling on his chest during his walks around the golden city.

He then proclaims himself as the "Emperor of Righteous Justice". He makes his decision to wage war against #14 and the Daishocker in a war that will last for a Decade along with the help of all the riders.

Wataru, looking from the distance applauded Kaito for valiant character has been seen in him. Daiki Kaito is no longer the thief he was always told to be, but he is now an emperor of righteous justice. And they all lived happily ever after. DiEnd

anyway, i think the term dimensions is better fitting instead of worlds.
makes the separation between rider stories more believable.
