Well, Since my Kiva RP flopped due to me getting caught up in a helluva lot of stuff, as well as family issues. I think I'll give this one a shot before trying to make my own Decade RP.

History:
Burai is the son of the famed Scientist Goro Ryujin who delved into the many theories of multiple dimensions and proto Quantum Mechanics as well as experimentation in the possibility of teleportation, despite being laughed at by most of his peers who thought his theorem's of multiple dimensions were ludicrous and near scientific heresy.
As a result Burai developed a slight bitterness for anything that dealt with his father's line of work due to the media exposure his family was subjected to. Several years later His father had finished a prototype gateway which will open a door to a new universe, Burai who was 18 at the time didn't care less about his father's grand work.
The Day of the experiment came, and much to everyone shock the gateway opened up to a new earth. Then, all hell broke loose as the energy readings went off the scale, as the gateway expanded. The last thing Burai saw before he was knocked out cold due to an explosion was a figure in red stepping out of the gateway and destroying the gateway equipment.
When he came to, Burai found his father's work in shambles... as well as his family had disappeared without a trace, then reporters from round the world pounced on him. The only survivor of the Gateway Accident, amidst the chaos. Burai had bumped into a official from Dimension Tide and accepted there offer to become part of there orginization. Yet he has his suspicions that Dimension Tide had something to do with his family's disappearance.
His choice of riders influenced by there variety to go between close quarters and Ranged combat, hense his first three riders are Kaixa,Chalice and Ixa-Burst form.
Personality wise Burai comes off as a lonewolf who abhors working with others, yet willing to fight for what he believes is right and just.
